Your service is very prompt and with good communication, however EVRI let you down very badly. They left my parcel on the doorstep at a residential address despite it clearly being addressed to a business, and even though I reported their error immediately they did not send the driver back to recover the parcel.
Approximately two hours later the resident at the address where the parcel had been left rung me to tell me they had my parcel.
I did raise a complaint with Evri and was told someone would ring me from a number beginning 020 no phone call has been received, I did get an email three days later asking me to rate their driver to which I gave an appropriate response! several days later I got an email asking for details about my "chatbox" complaint which I have not responded to as l think it will be a further waste of my time.
It was very good of the resident at what turned out to be [****] to contact me to let me know they had my parcel, but I doubt they would have been impressed to find Evri had dumped 10 litres of highly inflammable IPA on their doorstep whilst they were out shopping.
