Our Finish Line Matting Agent 5L is an additive utilized in paints and coatings to lower gloss and create matte, satin, or semi-gloss finishes. It functions by scattering light on the surface, thereby preventing the typical shine associated with glossy finishes. They create microscopic texture on the surface of the coating, diffusing light.
